This site describes 499 Group, the consumer brands we build and operate, and how advertisers and media partners can work with us. It is provided for information. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance; any campaign, partnership or other business arrangement with us is governed by a separate written agreement.

Links to our consumer brands take you to separate websites, each with its own terms and privacy policy. Those terms, not these, govern your use of those sites.

3. Using the site

You may browse the site and use the contact form for genuine business inquiries. You must not use the site or the form to send unsolicited marketing, to submit false information, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, to scrape the site by automated means, or in any way that breaks the law or interferes with the site's operation.

The text, design, wordmark and other content on this site belong to Four Nine Nine Ltd or are used with permission. Brand names and logos of our consumer brands are our trade marks or those of our group companies. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Descriptions of our brands and services are general; the details of any campaign are set out in the agreement for that campaign.
